Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Sardauna

Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Sardauna, Taraba State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Day-to-day duties: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Full-time with occasional weekends.
