Day-to-day duties: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service 5+ years on the tools preferred.
