Prep cook — West Karbi Anglong

Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in West Karbi Anglong, Assam. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha We are looking for food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate; able to read and follow recipes and dockets; willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays.
