Captain waiter — Okpe

Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Okpe, Delta State. On the job you will handle: • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) What we are looking for: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Meals and transport allowance provided.
