Urgent requirement: steam press operator (Ohio)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a steam press operator in Auglaize County, Ohio. You should have: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases The role involves: • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
