Cook wanted in Daggett County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Daggett County, Utah. The job is in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
