Urgent requirement: oven operator (Washington)

Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Stevens County, Washington. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. On the job you will handle: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics We offer $4,750 per project plus benefits.
