Join our team: fine-dining server (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Ward County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
