Cake decorator — Jefferson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cake decorator in Jefferson County, Ohio. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On a typical shift you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; score the top of loaves before baking; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $29 per hour, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off.
