Roofing technician • Kanam, Plateau State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a roofing technician in Kanam, Plateau State. The role involves: • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets Ideal candidate: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) We offer ₦235,000 per month plus benefits.
