We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Rijau, Niger State. The role involves: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
