Grill cook wanted in Epe

Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Epe, Lagos State. The role involves: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. ₦140,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
