Crane operator — Sharp County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a crane operator in Sharp County, Arkansas. The job is at a shipbuilding yard. Your main tasks: • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports Ideal candidate: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Strong attention to safety and load limits At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
