The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
