Gardener — Irewole

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gardener in Irewole, Osun State. The job is on a golf course. The role involves sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease. You should have: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
