Fine-dining server — Miami-Dade County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Miami-Dade County, Florida. On the job you will handle: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Part-time with flexible hours.
