Argon welding operator • Summit County, Ohio

We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Summit County, Ohio. Day-to-day duties: • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish You should have: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Able to pass a weld test on the spot 2+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
