We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces.
