Immediate opening: we are hiring a banquet server in Puruliya, West Bengal. You will work at a busy restaurant. Ideally you have familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems; ability to work fast under pressure during peak service. Day-to-day duties: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. ₹20,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
