Toolroom milling operator • Kanam, Plateau State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Kanam, Plateau State. You will work in a die and mould making unit. Ideal candidate: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Able to grind and set HSS cutters On the job you will handle: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
