Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems You will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; clear and reset tables between covers; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; check back during the meal and handle special requests; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; greet guests, seat them and present the menu.
