You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
