Immediate opening: grill cook (Ohio)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Auglaize County, Ohio. You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits.
