Crawler dozer operator — McHenry County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in McHenry County, Illinois. The job is at a land-clearing site. Day-to-day duties: • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily What we are looking for: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
