VMC operator — Maru

Great opportunity: we are hiring a VMC operator in Maru, Zamfara State. The job is at a busy machine shop. You will keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe. You should have: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls Pay around ₦1,550 per hour, based on your experience.
