Dough maker wanted in Olamaboro

Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Olamaboro, Kogi State. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. On the job you will handle: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
