Great opportunity: café server (Delta State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a café server in Ika South, Delta State. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. You will raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. You should have: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts 3+ years on the tools preferred.
