Great opportunity: we are hiring a roofing labourer in Multnomah County, Oregon. Your main tasks: • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Insulate and ventilate the roof void You should have: • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
