Halal butcher wanted in Jakusko

Immediate opening: we are hiring a halal butcher in Jakusko, Yobe State. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. Day-to-day duties: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. We offer ₦120,000 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
