Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Ganye, Adamawa State. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Full-time with occasional weekends. ₦145,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
