Urgent requirement: grill cook (Rivers State)

Join our team: we are hiring a grill cook in Degema, Rivers State. On a typical shift you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
