Deboner wanted in Chugach Census Area

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Chugach Census Area, Alaska. You will work at a wholesale meat market. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Day-to-day duties: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
