Plant operator wanted in Polk County

Now hiring: we are hiring a plant operator in Polk County, Florida. You will monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing. Requirements: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
