Captain waiter wanted in Dillingham Census Area

Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Dillingham Census Area, Alaska. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. Day-to-day duties: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Full-time, day shift.
