The role involves: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
