Urgent requirement: we are hiring a butcher in Haskell County, Kansas. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. You will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Six days a week, one day off.
