Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Your main tasks: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking 4+ years on the tools preferred.
