Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Ife South, Osun State. Your main tasks: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 4+ years on the tools preferred. ₦195,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
