Day to day you will pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes.
