Fine-dining server • Apache County, Arizona

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Apache County, Arizona. Day-to-day duties: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Clear and reset tables between covers • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Meals and transport allowance provided.
