Vacancy available: framing carpenter (Illinois)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Logan County, Illinois. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work Day to day you will plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
