Great opportunity: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Mandla, Madhya Pradesh. You will work on a structural steel site. The role involves inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush. You should have: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
