Urgent requirement: we are hiring a retail butcher in Greene County, Ohio. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate The role involves: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
