Immediate opening: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Hnahthial, Mizoram. Day to day you will clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction. You should have: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
