Abattoir worker wanted in Shomgom

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Shomgom, Gombe State. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day On a typical shift you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder.
