Chef de partie — Maru

Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Maru, Zamfara State. Day to day you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Full-time, day shift.
