Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Your main tasks: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
