Kitchen porter wanted in Monguno

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Monguno, Borno State. Day-to-day duties: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Full-time with occasional weekends.
