Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Lere, Kaduna State. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Six days a week, one day off.
