Cook wanted in Agatu

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Agatu, Benue State. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking 4+ years on the tools preferred.
